Altenburger advises on the acquisition of le Domaine de Beau-Pré

In a transaction that echoes the essence of refined heritage, Gérard and Nadia Dominicé have gracefully secured ownership of seven parcels in the picturesque commune of Genthod, nestled within the canton of Geneva. This acquisition encompasses the entirety of the historic Domaine, a revered testament to architectural grandeur and timeless allure. Erected between 1728 and 1731, this architectural gem resonates with the whispers of centuries.

The purchase, valued at approximately CHF 38,000,000, materialized through a careful negotiation with the estate of the former proprietor and a Swiss company under its ownership. The Dominicés, with a discerning eye for cultural significance, now stand as custodians of this exquisite piece of history.

The Altenburger team was co-led by Pierre-Yves Vuagniaux (tax, pictured left), and Manuel Moor (corporate/M&A, pictured right) and further included Laurent Lehner (labor law).
