Altenburger incorporates new associates

Céline Spahn and Chloé Groenendijk have joined Altenburger as associates. Spahn works with the M&A team and she regularly advises early stage companies, SMEs and listed companies in general corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance, restructurings and M&A in a domestic and international context. prior to this she worked at Pestalozzi.

Groenendijk is a lawyer specialized in banking, finance as well as corporate matters. In particular, she assists trustees and asset managers in regulatory matters. Further, she advises her clients on corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this she worked as associate at Beker Guiramand Sepe Tax & Legal and at Des Gouttes & Associés.
