Altenburger with Rosy Blue on Diatheke acquisition
Altenburger advised diamond manufacturer Rosy Blue on its acquisition of a majority stake in Swiss watches and jewellery specialist Diatheke.
The context
Headquartered in Anversa, buyer Rosy Blue is globally active in the trading of rough diamonds, as well as the manufacturing and distribution of polished diamonds and jewellery. In connection with the deal, the Belgian company completed the acquisition of Geneva-based Diatheke, a luxury watches and jewellery manufacturer.
