Altenburger with SwissComply on Lexpert acquisition

Altenburger advised SwissComply Group in connection with the acquisition of Lexpert Partners.

The context

Headquartered in Zurich, SwissComply Group specialises across compliance, risk management, and legal services. In connection with the deal, the company completed the acquisition of Lexpert Partners, a Zug-based law firm focused on the financial services industry.
