Altenburger with Zattoo on Green Streams acquisition

Altenburger advised TV-streaming provider Zattoo on its acquisition of Green Streams.

The parties

Headquartered in Berlin, selling part Green Streams serves telecommunications and pay-TV providers with a media integration platform, allowing operators to merge existing infrastructure with third-party modules.

Zurich-based buyer Zattoo is a TV-streaming provider, serving both B2B and DTC markets.
