Vischer advises Andean Telecom Partners in BTS Towers acquisition 

Andean Telecom Partners (ATP), an owner and operator of telecommunications infrastructure in the Andean region, has acquired BTS Towers, a private telecommunications infrastructure provider headquartered in Switzerland with operations in Latin America.  

With this acquisition, ATP adds new strategic assets to its existing portfolio of locations in Colombia and Peru and enters two new markets – Ecuador and Paraguay. ATP thus confirms its position as a private provider of telecommunications infrastructure in the Andes region.
