Andrea Schütz joins Prager Dreifuss as associated partner

Andrea Schütz (pictured) has joined Prager Dreifuss as associated partner. 

Schütz focus area is pharmaceutical and healthcare law. She mainly will advise and represent pharmaceutical and medtech companies, medical professionals and private and public institutions in the healthcare sector. She also specialises in constitutional and administrative law and administrative criminal law.  

Schütz is versed in the regulatory requirements of the therapeutic products sector and has valuable contacts with the therapeutic products law enforcement authorities and the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry.  

After serving as the Head of Investigation Department – Criminal Law for Swissmedic, Schütz joined Wenger & Vieli. 

Schütz appointment has an effective date of May 1, 2021.
