Antin acquires NorthC: the advisors

Antin Infrastructure Partners — a private equity firm with a focus on infrastructure — agreed to acquire NorthC,  an enterprise colocation data center platform in Northwest Europe. In connection with the deal, which is expected to close in the first half of 2026, Swiss firm Walder Wyss represented NorthC and its shareholders, as well as the company’s lead legal advisor for the transaction Latham & Watkins.

The Latham & Watkins

Associates Johannes Groß, Janina Kirschner, Jan Gocha, and Isabelle Knapton advised on infrastructure and corporate matters. London partner Conrad Andersen, with counsel Amanda Fortuna, and associate Jefferina Siganporia advised on finance; Frankfurt partner Susan Kempe-Müller oversaw IP-related aspects, while real estate was covered by counsel Sven Nickel. Munich partner Tobias Leder advised on employment with associate Julian Traub; tax matters were handled by London partner Helen Lethaby, with associate Sam Duncan. Counsel Joachim Grittmann supported on regulatory aspects with associate Maxim Glusdak, while counsel Wolf-Tassilo Böhm advised on data law matters, together with associate Clemens Ganz.
