Lenz & Staehelin with APG SGA in the acquisition of WWP Plakatwerbung

Lenz & Staehelin is advising the Swiss SIX-listed advertising and out-of-home media company APG SGA in connection with its acquisition of WWP Plakatwerbung, an advertising marketing company. The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2021. Commercial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Lenz & Staehelin team handling this transaction includes Matthias Wolf (pictured), Ann Weibel and Sven Infanger (all corporate/m&a) of the firm’s Zurich office.

WWP Plakatwerbung is based in Zurich and has a portfolio of more than 650 poster sites across German-speaking Switzerland which are marketed under the brand “Swissplakat”.
