HV Capital in Archlet USD 10 m Series A financing round. The advisors
Archlet, an AI-based sourcing platform startup and ETH Zürich spin-off, just closed its USD 10M Series A Financing Round.
The round was led by the European venture capitalist HV Capital. The existing investors, including Wingman Ventures, Senovo and La Famiglia as well as business angel Matthias Hilpert are also involved. Back in January, the founders of the Zurich startup collected EUR 2.3 million (USD 2.8 million) in a seed round. At that time, the founders of the Unicorn company Sennder also invested.

Homburger advised HV Capital on the Swiss law and tax aspects of the transaction.
