Capiton, through its fund Capiton VI, has agreed to acquire Cedes, from ASSA ABLOY, for an undisclosed consideration. The acquisition will enhance the future growth of Cedes and will provide them with new opportunities. It will allow ASSA ABLOY to focus on its core business of automated door. The deal is expected to complete in fourth quarter, subject to approval by the antitrust authorities and customary closing conditions.
