Athlon sells Swiss leasing fleet to Arval
Daimler Group, through its subsidiary group Athlon, a leading European provider of vehicle leasing and fleet management with responsibility for over 400,000 vehicles in Europe, sold the entire Swiss full-service leasing fleet of Athlon Switzerland AG to Arval (Switzerland) AG.
Arval, which is part of the BNP Paribas Group, operates worldwide and maintains more than 1,400,000 leased vehicles with over 7,200 employees.
Walder Wyss advised Daimler on all legal aspects of the transaction.
