2nd Edition Presentation 2020
ART. 1 – Initiative, purpose and period of validity: It is an initiative promoted by Legalcommunity.ch and Inhousecommunity.it, portals of the Group “LC Publishing”, with the purpose, among other things, of stimulating competitiveness in the business world. In the year 2020 the “Inhousecommunity Awards Switzerland” (hereinafter, “Initiative”) are convened with the aim to highlight the excellence of the in-house legal affairs area in Switzerland, for their remarkable results carried out between September 2019 and on August 2020 (hereinafter, “Period of validity”).
The Initiative is governed by the rules indicated below.
ART. 2 -Participation rules and selection: participation in the Initiative is reserved for the legal affairs, fiscal affairs, finance and HR departments in Switzerland (hereinafter the “candidates”), during the period of validity.
– Selection of candidates.
Candidates will be identified through submission forms to be sent from September 15 to October 10, 2020.
ART. 3 – Communication of the finalists and winners: the communication of the names of the shortlisted for each of categories will take place on November 12, 2020, from 7:00 p.m. during the Inhousecommunity Awards Switzerland Ceremony in Web Edition.
LC Publishing Group reserves the right to inform the shortlisted more details about the modality of their participation and the development of the Ceremony.
ART. 4 – Award ceremony: Shortlisted will be announced for each of the categories during the Award Ceremony. The award will not have a financial value, since it is a public recognition of purely symbolic nature. The award will be given to the best shortlisted by category, who will have to personally attend the Ceremony.
If the award is not collected personally during the Ceremony by the interested party or in the case of a team by at least one management representative representing the team, it will automatically be assigned to the second best scored per category. LC Publishing Group authorizes shortlisted to use the image rights linked to the “Inhousecommunity Awards Switzerland – 2020 edition”.
