Bär & Karrer represented the UEFA before the Swiss Federal Tribunal against the club KS Skënderbeu. The Swiss Federal Tribunal confirmed an important CAS decision within the ambit of the fight against game tampering. The club received a 10 year suspension in 2018 from all UEFA club competitions and was fined for EUR 1 million.
