Bär & Karrer advises the shareholders on the sale of a majority interest in Amorana.ch to Lovehoney

The shareholders of Bluebox Shop, operator of the online erotic store Amorana.ch, have sold a majority of their shares to Lovehoney Limited, a portfolio company of Telemos Capital.
