As of January 2021, Badertscher, law firm specializing in business and tax law with its headquarters in Zurich and a notary’s office in Zug, promotes Marcel Schönbächler (pictured) as new partner.
He mainly covers general contract law, labor law, bankruptcy, energy industry, M&A, private equity, financing. In Badertscher since 2015, he started his career as auditor and clerk at the District Court of Meilen (2012-2014). He speaks English and German and is member of Zurich Bar Association (ZAV) and Swiss Bar Association (SAV).
