Badertscher Attorneys at Law: two new associates join the team

Badertscher Attorneys at Law announced the arrival of two new associates to its firm. Valentina Balaj (pictured top left) specializes in private law, while Andreas Eichenberger (pictured top right) specializes of public law.

Valentina Balaj

In her current appointment with Badertscher Attorneys at Law, Valentina Balaj will be dealing with corporate law and general contract law, structuring for practice and publicly owned companies, building law and real estate law, litigation and arbitration and advise and supporting private clients in all legal matters.

Prior to joining Badertscher, Balaj served as a lawyer at Schellenberg Wittmer. She started her legal career in 2014. Her initial appointment was as a lawyer with Juraplus and was then followed by Nieder Kraft Frey, Cms Switzerland and Notariat.

Andreas Eichenberger

In his current appointment with Badertscher Attorneys at Law, Andreas Eichenberger will be dealing with public law, building law and submissions, energy industry and energy law, information and communication technology (ict), employment law, staff leasing and recruitment services.

Prior to joining Badertscher. Eichenberger served as a legal secretary at the office for economic and labor, Zurich. He started his legal career in 2014. His initial appointment was as an intern at the public prosecutor’s office See/Oberland, Uster. Followed by a clerkship at the district court of Zurich.
