Baitella Beteiligungen acquired by Renaissance Evergreen
On July 6, 2021, Baitella Beteiligungen AG, the holding company of Baitella AG, a leading provider of user-friendly, individualized holding system solutions with central clamping unit, was acquired by RN Acqui III SA, a subsidiary of Renaissance Evergreen SA, for an undisclosed consideration. The transaction closed on July 27, 2021.
