Baker McKenzie advised South Pole Holding on m&a deals
Baker McKenzie advised South Pole Holding on the purchase of 100% of the shares in CO2Logic. CO2Logic SA is active in the areas of trading carbon certificates and providing consultancy services to help its customers reduce CO2 emissions.
All legal and tax aspects of this transaction were followed by a cross-border team led by Kilian Perroulaz and Pascal Richard and composed by Ramon Tissafi, Cora Schmid, Katharina Bojar as well as from Dominique Maes and Kim Stas from Brussels.
The Zurich team also advised the company on the double-digit-million euro investment by Lightrock, a leading global impact investor backed by LGT, in the company.
