Baker McKenzie advises 1SP Agency on PromoPers acquisition
Baker McKenzie advised 1SP Agency through its acquisition of Swiss full-service marketing firm PromoPers.
The parties
A global marketing company specialising in consumer electronics, gaming, and technology, 1SP Agency operates across several offices, including Hamburg, Stockholm, Berlin, Munich, London, Palma, Vienna, and Zurich. With nearly 400 employees between the company and its subsidiaries, it offers digital marketing and communication services, complemented by in-house solutions for virtual and augmented reality.
PromoPers, a full-service agency with over two decades of experience, focuses on retail, sales, personnel, and channel marketing. The company’s expertise spans a plethora of services, such as sales promotion, retail and visual merchandising, event management, HR outsourcing, and retail consulting.
As a result of the transaction PromoPers’ co CEOs Fritz Feissli and Nicolas Purpura won’t step down their leadership position and will therefore collaborate with 1SP Agency on future projects.
