Baker McKenzie advises Bio-Rad on $200 million credit agreement

Baker McKenzie Switzerland and Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, have advised Bio-Rad Laboratories as borrowers and guarantors in connection with a USD 200 million credit agreement arranged by Wells Fargo Securities LLC, JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. and Citibank N.A. as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as agent. Baker McKenzie acted as the legal adviser to Bio-Rad on all Swiss and Singaporean law aspects of the transaction.
