Baker McKenzie advises Coöperatieve Rabobank on a long-term loan

Baker McKenzie Switzerland has acted as counsel for Coöperatieve Rabobank UA as coordinator and documentation agent in connection with a CHF 71.8 million term loan facility and EUR 60 million term loan facility agreement for Aryzta, with UBS Switzerland as agent and a syndicate of Swiss and international financial institutions as lenders.

Baker McKenzie advised Rabobank and the syndicate lenders on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction. The team was led by partner Markus Wolf (pictured left) and included associate Charlotte Rüegg (pictured right), as well as trainee lawyers Marvin Finger and Dominik Steinacher (all banking and finance).

Homburger advised ARYZTA with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction. The team was led by Claude Lambert (corporate / M&A) and comprised Benedikt Maurenbrecher, Eduard De Zordi and Stefan Bindschedler (all financing and Investment Products) as well as Stefan Oesterhelt (tax).
