Baker McKenzie advises Nestlé in sale of data center to Orllati

Baker McKenzie Switzerland has advised Nestlé Global Real Estate in the sale of its data center and office property in Bussigny, canton of Vaud. The sold property has an area of approx. 38,000 sqm and was purchased by Orllati Real Estate.

Baker McKenzie advised the seller on all legal aspects of the sale. The Geneva based team was led by real estate partner Charles Gschwind (pictured), and consisted of Kim-Jean Dachtler (associate, real estate), Manoé Ruchat (associate, banking & finance and m&a) as well as Nathan Bouvier (associate, tax and real estate tax).
