Baker McKenzie advises Schulthess on its acquisition of Solasa

As we have informed here, Schulthess, a Swiss washing technology group, has acquired Solasa group, a Swiss national leader in providing sales and maintenance services for white goods and turnkey residential laundry services.

Baker McKenzie Switzerland acted as counsel to Schulthess Maschinen in relation to the financing of its acquisition of Solasa group. The team was led by partner Markus Wolf (banking & finance, pictured) and further included associates Tatiana Ayranova and Adrian Moftakhari as well as Robert Matic (trainee lawyer, all banking & finance).
