Baker Mckenzie advised a Capvis‘ portfolio company on the sale and longterm lease back of its global headquarters in Lucerne and of a production facility in Mendrisio.

The team

The team assisted Capvis’ portfolio company on all legal aspects of the transaction. Partner Samuel Marbacher (pictured) lead the team, assisted by real estate associates Michael Zeller and Philipp Ruchti-Baltensperger.
