Baker McKenzie: Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A and UBS on RCF
Baker McKenzie Switzerland acted as counsel to Coöperatieve Rabobank and UBS Switzerland, acting as bookrunners and arrangers, in connection with a EUR 930 million multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement for Aryzta, with UBS Switzerland as agent and a syndicate of Swiss and international financial institutions as lenders.
Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., UBS Switzerland and the syndicate lenders on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
