Baker McKenzie has advised Wüest Partner in Homadata acquisition

Real estate advisory company Wüest Partner acquired and integrated real estate tech firm Homadata from its multiple shareholders, through certain acquisitions and partial exchanges of shares. Effective 1 July 2020, Homadata, headquartered in Paris, France, has become a subsidiary of Switzerland-based Wüest Partner.

It will continue to operate independently as part of the Wüest Partner group, with John-Guy Park (Founder of Homadata) as Managing Director.  The transaction grows Wüest Partner’s geographic footprint as Paris becomes the group’s 10th location.
