Baker McKenzie advises SpotMe on stake sale to Swiss Post

Baker McKenzie advised the shareholders of SpotMe Holding (“SpotMe”), a Lausanne-based company providing end-to-end event technology solutions, in connection with the sale of a majority stake to Swiss Post. SpotMe will continue to operate globally and as a standalone company after the majority investment. Both parties have agreed not to disclose transaction details.
