The legal advisors on USD 1 billion credit facility for Galderma

Galderma, a Six-listed, pure-play dermatology category specialist, has entered into a USD 1 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement. In connection with the deal, Advestra represented Galderma, while Baker McKenzie advised a syndicate consisting of twelve international banks.

The banking support

Citibank, N.A., London Branch and UBS Switzerland served as coordinators, bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers on the transaction. UBS Switzerland also acted as facility agent.
