Baker McKenzie advised La Collective de Prévoyance – COPRE (“COPRE”) on the sale of a residential complex in Nyon.

About the residential complex
The complex comprises more than 300 apartments with a total rentable residential area of approximately 24,000 square meters and an additional rentable commercial area of approximately 2,300 square meters. Situated on a green plot of land of over 30,000 sqm, it offers views of Lake Geneva and the Jura Mountains.
