Sandow buys Architonic from DAAily: the advisors
Digital media company DAAily platforms completed the sale of Architonic, a globally active design inspiration platform for architects and designers, to Sandow Companies. Baker McKenzie Switzerland — together with lawyers from Baker McKenzie Deutschland — advised the selling part, while Advestra represented the buyer.
