Baker McKenzie with Fundamenta on rights offering
Baker McKenzie advised Fundamenta Real Estate (Fundamenta) on its rights offering, which closed today with proceeds of CHF 70 million. The operation – backed by firm commitments in the amount of CHF 41.9 million – resulted in the issuance of 4,119,748 new shares priced at CHF 17.00 each.
