Baker McKenzie with Gétaz-Miauton on Usiniers sale to Orllati
Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Gétaz-Miauton, a Blackstone Group company, on the sale of the Usiniers Site in Bulle (FR) to Orllati Real Estate, via a sale-and-leaseback transaction.
The site in question will host the development of a residential project.
