Baker McKenzie with Roth Group on its acquisition of Lambda Group

Baker McKenzie advised the Roth Group, a portfolio company of the Patrimonium Private Equity Fund, in taking over Lausanne-based Lambda technique d’isolation or the Lambda Group. The Roth Group is thus strengthening its presence in western Switzerland and acquiring expertise in the areas of insulation, fire protection, suspended ceilings, as well as walls and acoustics.

In addition, the Roth Group is expanding its range of services through better market coverage. The Lambda Group generates an annual turnover of around CHF 10 million with 33 employees, and it will continue to be managed by the current managing director, Julien Métral.

Baker McKenzie advised the Roth Group on all the legal aspects of the transaction.
