Baker McKenzie with SPGI Zurich on its partnership with Colliers
Baker McKenzie advised SPGI Zurich, a member of Intercity Group, on entering into an exclusive partnership with Colliers International. The partnership with one of the world’s largest real estate service providers will come into effect in fall 2024 and represents an important milestone for Intercity Group, further strengthening and expanding its market position.
About the partnership
The partnership with Colliers International and the envisaged name change by SPGI Zurich to Colliers Switzerland will have no impact on the mandates, services, ownership structure, management and employees. Colliers Switzerland will continue to be part of the Intercity Group and managed by today’s leadership team, and it will benefit from the broadly diversified platform of Colliers International.
