Bär & Karrer advises DICS on its investment in GLOBOGATE

Bär & Karrer advised Deutsche Invest Capital Solutions on its investment in GLOBOGATE concept, a pioneer and leader in the market for recruitment and placement of nursing professionals.

Deutsche Invest Capital Solutions (DICS) is part of the Deutsche Invest Capital Partners Group (DICP), an entrepreneurial alternative multi-asset investment manager with over EUR 3.0 billion in assets under management. DICS creates and exploits attractive investment opportunities in Europe, particularly in the DACH region.

Bär & Karrer acted as lead counsel alongside the local counsels Noerr (Germany), SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (the Philippines) as well as Kinstellar LLC (Uzbekistan).
