Aon Schweiz, the global service provider for risk management insurance and reinsurance brokers, has acquired 100% of the shares of Assimedia, an all-branch insurance broker based in Locarno.
This deal will allow Aon Switzerland to extend its market presence, by expanding its insurance and re-insurance broking business in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland.
