Bär & Karrer advises Chojuu on its sale to Virtusan

The founders of Chojuu, a digital health startup and spin-off from ETH Zurich, working in the field of behavioral health interventions to improve people’s lives, sold their shares to Virtusan. The American-Swiss start-up was founded in 2020 by Dr Li Wu. Virtusan develops science-based, technology-supported, preventative and personalised digital solutions in the area of mental and physical health.
