Bär & Karrer advises CLARK on the acquisition of UB Partner

Bär & Karrer advises CLARK Group, a leading European Insurtech on the acquisition of the Swiss financial service provider and broker UB Partner, a family business that has nearly 100 employees in several locations. With this acquisition, CLARK Group is expanding its brokerage business in Switzerland. It enables the Unicorn, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, to grow further and strengthen its presence within Europe and in Switzerland.

The acquisition of UB Partner adds a leading brokerage firm in the Swiss market to the portfolio of CLARK Group. Until now, CLARK Group has been represented in the Swiss market by 2media, which focuses on performance marketing and lead generation.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal counsel to CLARK Group in this transaction.
