Bär & Karrer advises Comulink Invest on the acquisition of Partekk

Comulink Invest, the private equity platform for edtech, has acquired PARTEKK Handels, a specialist in the development of e-learning solutions. Based in Zurich, Comulink focus on investments in the field of knowledge transfer.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Comulink Invest in this transaction. The team was led by partners Christoph Neeracher (pictured right) and Raphael Annasohn (pictured left) and further consisted of Luana Stämpfli and Yascha Fengler (all M&A) as well as Aron Liechti and Patrick Harms (both tax).
