Bär & Karrer advises Digital Heaven founders on sale to RMEP
Bär & Karrer advised the founders of Digital Heaven, a Swiss e-commerce company specializing in vapes and e-cigarettes, on the sale of all shares in the company to RM Equity Partners (RMEP), in a process led by Everstride.
