Bär & Karrer advises Erop Generation in a strategic partnership

Fidinam Group Holding and Swiss Finance & Property Group (SFP) have acquired minority stakes and entered into a strategic partnership in relation to Erop Generation, a new real estate group founded in May 2023 by Andrea Blotti and Manuel Sassella. The goal of the founders, who have been active in the real estate development sector for many years, is to create a group with multidisciplinary expertise that can become a platform for investments in the real estate business, operating throughout the Swiss market.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the founders. The team was co-led by partners Massimo Vanotti (pictured left) and Matthias Bizzarro (pictured right) and included associates Sandro Gaggini (corporate/M&A and real estate), Saliba Betar (corporate/M&A) and Andrea Ziswiler (finance).
