Bär & Karrer advises Mainsail Partners and GTreasury on the acquisition of Coprocess

GTreasury, a treasury and risk management platform provider, has acquired Coprocess, the leading provider of intercompany netting solutions. Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Gtreasury and Mainsail Partners, a growth equity firm which is invested in GTreasury.
