Bär & Karrer advises Partners Group on the acquisition of Rosen

Partners Group, a renowned global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, has agreed to acquire ROSEN Group, a global provider of mission-critical inspection services for energy infrastructure assets, from its founder, Hermann Rosen. Rosen will remain a significant partner alongside Partners Group in supporting the company’s next phase of growth.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to Partners Group in this transaction. The team was co-led by partners Christoph Neeracher (pictured left) and Luca Jagmetti (pictured right) and further included Philippe Seiler, Sophie Aiko Müller, Sebastian Sutter, Benjamin Grunwald and Marc Bär (all M&A), Ralph Malacrida and Jorgos Boulamatsis (both finance), as well as Raoul Stocker and Fabian Capt (both tax).
