Bär & Karrer advises on sale of Home Service to Investis Holding
Bär & Karrer has provided legal advice to the shareholder of Home Service who has sold its shares to Investis Holding. Home Service is a Swiss-based company active in the building services sector mainly active in the cantons of Zurich, Thurgau and St. Gallen.
With this acquisition of Home Service, Investis Holding further expands its growth in the real estate services segment and consolidates its market position.
Founded in 1981, the Home Service operates in the field of facility services and is headquartered in Zurich-Oerlikon. The company employs around 150 people and generated annual sales of CHF 15.5 million in 2021. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The company will continue to operate as an independent company at the previous location in Zurich-Oerlikon under the current name. All employees will be taken over. This maintains the anchorage and local awareness.
