Bär & Karrer Advises founders on sale of Alpha Associates

The founders of Alpha Associates AG signed a binding agreement for the sale of all shares in the company to Amundi Asset Management SAS, a leading European asset manager. Alpha Associates is an independent asset manager offering private markets multi-manager investment solutions. The transaction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the founders in this transaction. The team was co-led by Christoph Neeracher (pictured left) and Philippe Seiler (pictured right) and included Thomas Rohde, Romina Lauper and Kai Bajka (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber and Anke Stumm (both Tax) as well as Daniel Flühmann (Regulatory).
