Bär & Karrer advises Swiss mid-markets specialist White Peaks on the acquisition of pom+ Group from its current management team.

Headquartered in Zurich, pom+Group is a consulting and tech-enabled service provider of digitalisation and sustainability solutions for the real estate sector in Switzerland.
