White Peaks acquires pom+ Group: the advisors
Swiss mid-markets specialist White Peaks completed the acquisition of pom+ Group from its current management team. In connection with the deal, Bär & Karrer advised White Peaks, while Baker McKenzie Switzerland, with support from Baker McKenzie Germany, advised the shareholders and management team of pom+Group.
Pursuant to the deal, all pom+ partners remain invested in pom+Group and continue to lead the group’s management. Moreover, founder Peter Staub will retain his position as chairman of the board.
pom+ Group
Headquartered in Zurich, pom+Group is a consulting and tech-enabled service provider of digitalisation and sustainability solutions for the real estate sector in Switzerland. Originally a spinoff of ETH Zurich, the company provides services in construction, facility, property, portfolio and asset management.
