Bär & Karrer: Cognita Acquires FOUR-FOREST Group

The renowned global private schools group Cognita, with a community of more than 100 schools across 16 countries, has acquired the Swiss-based FOUR-FOREST Group from their founders. Offering education from nursery to secondary levels at three campuses, FOUR-FOREST Group currently educates over 300 children and young people from the international communities in Zug and Lucerne.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Cognita in this transaction.
