Bär & Karrer with Allurity on MSF Partners acquisition
Bär & Karrer advised Allurity, a European group of cybersecurity service providers, on its acquisition of Swiss operational technology security specialist Monti Stampa Furrer & Partners Group (MSF Partners).
The firm worked on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction, alongside Cederquist as lead counsel.
