Bär & Karrer with Bächler Feintech on production site sale

Bär & Karrer advised Bächler Feintech  in connection with the sale of its production facility in Matzingen (TG). In particular, the firm supported the company in drafting the purchase agreement and the final contract negotiations.

Pursuant to the deal Bächler Feintech will remain in the property until the end of this year.
